Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to AIStudyPath! These Terms of Service govern the use of our services, programs, and offerings in the field of AI education and machine learning training. By registering for a service or using our services, you agree to these terms and commit to fully comply with them.

2. Service Eligibility

2.1. Customer Information – Our services are available to individuals and companies seeking premium AI education services. When registering for services, we request information about your learning preferences and requirements to ensure appropriate and targeted AI education.
2.2. Registration – Our AI education services require prior registration and skill assessment by AIStudyPath. You are required to provide accurate and current information about your experience and situation as well as all necessary documents.
2.3. Behavioral Guidelines – During our consultations and AI training sessions, we expect the highest level of professionalism and respectful behavior. Any form of inappropriate communication, disruptive behavior, or violations of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of services.
2.4. Confidentiality – Customers agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during our AI training sessions regarding strategies, methods, and other customers.

3. Appointment Booking and Payment

3.1. Service Bookings – Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person and are binding after our written confirmation. Due to the exclusive nature of our services, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests at our discretion.
3.2. Payment Terms – Consultation fees are due before the first service provision. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and for qualified customers, 30-day payment terms.
3.3. Corporate Bookings – For companies requiring regular AI education services, separate payment terms as specified in the respective service agreement may be arranged.
3.4. Cancellation Terms – For cancellations up to 72 hours before a scheduled consultation appointment, no fee will be charged. Cancellations within 72 hours may incur a cancellation fee of CAD 500. No-shows for agreed VIP consultations will be charged the full service fee.

4. Service Provision and Changes

4.1. Service Planning and Execution –

  • AIStudyPath reserves the right to change the availability of services, times, and AI experts.
  • In case of unavailability of AI experts, a consultation appointment may be rescheduled or alternative AI experts may be suggested.
  • Changes to appointments will be communicated to customers as early as possible with reasonable advance notice.
    4.2. AI Documentation – All provided AI documents, presentations, and AI analyses are created with the utmost care. However, the final responsibility for reviewing all AI information lies with the customer and their AI consultants.

5. VIP Services and Special Requests

5.1. Premium Registration – VIP services and access to exclusive AI solutions are subject to separate, stricter registration conditions that are communicated before booking and are binding. This may include comprehensive reference checks and qualification verification.
5.2. Cancellation Terms for VIP Services – Cancellations for VIP services and exclusive consultations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Later cancellations will be charged a fee of CAD 2,500.
5.3. Service Restrictions – For certain exclusive AI education services, we reserve the right to restrict or deny access based on AI preferences, legal restrictions, or insufficient qualification verification of the interested party.

6. Liability Disclaimer and Warranty

6.1. Liability – AIStudyPath is only liable in cases of intentional or grossly negligent behavior by our employees or AI experts. We assume no liability for the accuracy of AI information provided by third parties (AI authorities, banks, authorities) or for errors in externally provided documents.
6.2. Professional Responsibility – Our consultants conduct thorough AI research and compliance assessments but do not independently verify all technical, legal, or financial details of the offered AI education services. Customers are strongly encouraged to consult independent AI consultants, lawyers, and financial advisors.

7. Discretion and Confidentiality

7.1. Confidentiality Agreement – All parties commit to absolute discretion regarding all AI transactions, customer identities, and business details. This applies even after termination of the business relationship.
7.2. Media Waiver – Customers agree not to disclose details about their business relationship with AIStudyPath or provided AI solutions to media or third parties without our prior written consent.

8. Data Protection

8.1. Data Processing – The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, which is considered an essential part of these Terms of Service and should be read carefully.
8.2. AI Data – We maintain confidential records of AI consultations and transactions. These records are stored securely and in accordance with the highest data protection standards.

9. Refund Policy

9.1. Service Quality – At AIStudyPath, we strive to provide exceptional AI education services. If you are not completely satisfied with the service received, please notify us within 14 business days after the service provision.

9.2. Refund Eligibility – Refunds or service credits may be granted at our discretion when:

  • There was a demonstrable error in the AI assessment or presentation attributable to our consultant
  • Essential AI information was incorrectly or misleadingly presented due to our error
  • VIP services were not provided as promised or described
  • For legitimate complaints about the quality of our consultation services

9.3. Refund Process – To request a refund or service adjustment, please contact our customer service team in writing with details of your concerns and relevant documents. We will review each case individually and discretely and respond within 7 business days.

9.4. Limitations – Please note that refunds may not be available for:

  • Consultation services that have already been fully provided according to agreed AI search criteria
  • Circumstances where the customer provided incomplete or inaccurate information about their preferences or AI situation
  • Requests made more than 60 days after service provision
  • Rejections of AI offers due to changed personal circumstances or preferences
  • Market conditions or AI availability outside our control

9.5. Alternative Solutions – In appropriate cases, we may offer extended search services, access to alternative AI portfolios, or partial credits instead of a full refund, depending on the nature of the concerns. Our goal is to find a satisfactory and discrete solution for all parties involved.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. Severability Clause – Should individual provisions of these Terms of Service be invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
10.2. Applicable Law – These Terms of Service are subject to Canadian law. The jurisdiction for all disputes is the seat of AIStudyPath, insofar as legally permissible.
